hypereal.cloud provides an all-in-one AI platform that allows users to interact with 50+ large language models (LLMs) to assist with various tasks, including but not limited to conversations, content creation, coding, image generation, and problem-solving.

We make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any AI-generated content.
hypereal.cloud sells one-time, pay-as-you-go credit packages. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. Credits are consumed as you use the service.
Unused credits may be refunded on request within 14 days of purchase. Credits that have already been consumed are non-refundable. Refund requests should be sent to support@hypereal.cloud and are typically processed within 5-10 business days. See our Refund Policy for full details.
The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content and AI-generated output), is owned by Hypereal AI (hypereal.cloud) and protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to your input content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for providing the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Service integrates with third-party AI model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.). Your use of these models is subject to their respective terms and policies.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HYPEREAL AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
